Third Generation 3G pitch

The new full sized football pitch has a (Third Generation) 3G synthetic sport turf with rubber crumb surface which can be maintained to give excellent playing performance throughout the year whatever the weather. The pitch has perimeter ball fencing, sub-surface drainage, and floodlighting to allow evening play. The pitch can even be divided into thirds to allow three separate games of Small-Sided Football or Mini-Soccer.

Doncaster's cycleway initiative

Roman Ridge Road through Doncaster is part of an ancient route once linking Roman settlements at Castleford and Doncaster, and now part of Doncaster's Cycle Action Programme DCAP. Re-surfacing works and signage will give cohesion to the 5km long route in Doncaster and improve it's accessibility to cyclists and disabled users.

Food for life

It has been a fantastic first growing season at Hasland School as pupils, parents and staff became engrossed in a whole series of projects in their new school garden.  A new greenhouse and potting shed meant that the young growers could get an early start to the season, and raised planting beds were used to produce a whole range of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The woodland garden has proved a success too with establishment of woodland wild flower grassland, bird boxes and use of equipment for music and activity play. Some great photos too!

CHAS accredited designers

We have been CHAS Accredited designers since July 2000. We work hard to reduce design risk and keep up to date with the latest Health & Safety and CDM Regulations and HSE Guidance.

The designer's assessment

The designer's assessment is a rigorous check on health and safety systems and procedures, and requires that we have suitable qualifications and experience as designers, and that we have suitable CDM arrangements in place for the co-ordination of health and safety during planning and preparation for the construction phase.
