We can guide you through the planning process assisting with the production of design access statements, details for planning conditions and reserved matters.

Planning applications

Detailed negotiations are sometimes required with the Local Authority and other wildlife and environment groups to ensure that the value and integrity of the existing landscape are maintained.

We are experienced in forming planning applications and can consult the Local Planning Authority on your behalf.

Environmental planning policy

We offer guidance and advice on Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) Trees and Conservation Area Protections, Planning Policy for landscape and biodiversity. We also assist with policy and legislation for protected species, school grounds and playing field legislation.

We can also advise on landscape and environment issues in relation to the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) or Local Development Framework (LDF).

Landscape bids and cost estimates

We work with clients to produce cost effective design solutions. Our aim is to deliver your project on time and within budget. This work can start at an early planning stage to help determine design options.

We usually provide cost estimates, tender projects and seek quotations, monitor construction quality and performance, monitor project expenditure, instruct variations, and certify stage payments.

We work with many clients to produce landscape cost estimates, outline designs and statements to support funding bids and grant applications such as: Football Foundation, Sport England and Heritage Lottery funding.
