Planning applications
Detailed negotiations are sometimes required with the Local Authority and other wildlife and environment groups to ensure that the value and integrity of the existing landscape are maintained.
We are experienced in forming planning applications and can consult the Local Planning Authority on your behalf.
Environmental planning policy
We offer guidance and advice on Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) Trees and Conservation Area Protections, Planning Policy for landscape and biodiversity. We also assist with policy and legislation for protected species, school grounds and playing field legislation.
We can also advise on landscape and environment issues in relation to the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) or Local Development Framework (LDF).

We work with clients to produce cost effective design solutions. Our aim is to deliver your project on time and within budget. This work can start at an early planning stage to help determine design options.
