CHAS accredited designers

We have been CHAS Accredited designers since July 2000. We work hard to reduce design risk and keep up to date with the latest Health & Safety and CDM Regulations and HSE Guidance.

The designer's assessment

The designer's assessment is a rigorous check on health and safety systems and procedures, and requires that we have suitable qualifications and experience as designers, and that we have suitable CDM arrangements in place for the co-ordination of health and safety during planning and preparation for the construction phase.
